30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Device must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and accessories required
  • Tamper-evident seals must be intact
  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact support@pendle-v2.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack device securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using provided prepaid label
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Important: For security reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that have been opened or used. This protects all customers from potentially compromised devices.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware component failures under normal use
  • Screen defects and button malfunctions
  • USB connector issues

Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
  • Damage from liquids or environmental factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Loss of data, private keys, or digital assets
  • Software issues with third-party applications

Warranty Claims

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact support@pendle-v2.com with:
    • Device serial number
    • Purchase date and order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos if applicable
  2. Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days
  3. If approved, receive replacement device or repair instructions
  4. Return defective device using provided shipping label

Replacement Process

  • Advance Replacement: New device shipped before you return the defective one (credit card authorization required)
  • Standard Replacement: New device shipped after we receive the defective one
  • Repair Service: Device repaired and returned (if repair is possible)
